Some items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of shipment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns require a Return Authorization. Returns may be initiated by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization. You must receive a return authorization before shipping your item(s). Returns received without the Return Authorization will be refused and returned to the customer. The original item must be returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. If the item is not returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorization your return will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable items: There are some items that cannot be returned or exchanged. The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds or exchanges:

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the shipping cost) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days after you were notified that your refund has been approved, contact your credit card company and bank as there may be some additional processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have contacted your credit card company and bank and you still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. The original item must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the return authorization to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items. The replacement item will be the same item that was purchased. Exchanges will not be made for a different or similar item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
